Eclipse..Lobster and Couple-seat...

I was hoping to have a 'kaki' to watch 'Eclipse' (part 3 of the Twilight Saga) with me.. Lay Choo was interested but she went with Ee Meng in the afternoon while I was at work. So as it turned out, Frances had 2 free Cathay tickets.. Yay!!! We decided on Teppanyaki for dinner.. the special lobster set which included pan-fried and soup-based lobster in its shell.. and lobster meat sauteed with garlic.. Then we proceed to the cinema and discovered we were the only non-couple to occupy a couple-seat at the back at the theater.. as expected I guess? Then about 5 mins into the movie.. a Caucasian pair plonked themselves on an empty seat down our aisle.. but another couple, who were apparently the rightful occupants of that seat, arrived some 30 mins later.. Talk about disruptive behaviour at the movies!!! Why would anyone presume it was free-sitting when the numbers on the tickets state otherwise? *SIGH*

Family All Together!

We were back in KL as usual during the June school holidays. But this time, Alison and her family flew in from Melbourne. I can't believe Sam is almost my height at 14 years old.. Julianna is as sweet as ever.. and baby Caden is sooooooooo CUTE!!! I nicknamed him 'Ah Toot' and 'yat lup sik' because he is so small and cuddly.. thankfully our prayers have been answer and the hemangioma behind his right ear has subsided.. Praise the Lord!!!

What else is there to do in KL but eat.. eat.. eat and shop??? All the mouth-watering laksa.. prawn mee.. hokkien mee.. lor mee.. nasi lemak.. rojak.. popiah.. lor bak.. pie ti.. chendol.. ice-kacang.. and we all echoed Caden's sentiments 'Mummm..' The kids tried ice-skating for the first time at the Pyramid and it was really funny watching them slip.. slide and fall.. like clowns at the circus! Ha ha ha.. We also managed to catch a movie 'The A-Team'.. ah.. no matter what the reviews may be.. I enjoyed the incredulous plot.. ridiculous antics.. and Murdoch absolutely cracked me up!!! Sure brought back some very old and fond memories of the TV series.. especially the theme song...
